Lansing's story, told mostly from his point of view, begins right where book one left off. Guinie is having a tough time dealing with all that has happened and Lansing is trying to be there as a shoulder for her to lean on. At the same time, his band is in limbo because they can't record or tour without Arturo.
lansing's nickname is the Ladykiller and it is well earned in this story. He has four different women pursuing him at the same time. Three are from his past and one is new. L.B. did a great job writing all of these different relationships and Lansing did a great job of juggling them all! When all is said and done, he definitely ends up with the right woman, although I would have liked to see their relationship develop a little more.
It was nice to see Lansing mature as the book progresses. There were a few times I was so angry at him over his poor decision making but he got himself straightened out in the end.
I really enjoyed getting to know Lansing and I can't wait for the next book in the series.
I'm giving this book 5 stars
