Heather wanted to be a normal college girl. She wanted to fit in. She wanted a normal relationship with a normal guy. That normal guy just happened to be Professor Brian Calamari.
But not everyone gets normal. Some people get spectacular.
While working as her alter ego, Violet, she was handed the chance she’s been waiting for. But be careful what you wish for, you just might get it.
Through a twist of fate she could be with the man of her dreams. But fate is a funny thing, because she found herself drawn into the world of sexy, rich and famous Rick Young. He was anything but normal, and totally out of her league… or was he?
How could Heather decide what’s best for her, when she didn’t know herself, and she knew even less about the two men who both want her?
One would do anything to have her; the other would give her a promise…
A promise to love.
This title is intended for adults with m/f and m/m/f scenes
I was gifted this book in exchange for an honest review.
Being good enough was Heather’s hang-up. Heather never felt like she was good enough for someone to love and cherish. Heather was forced to make ends meet and provide for herself as she went through college on scholarships. This is where Violet comes in. Violet knows what men want and how to get them to pay.
Rick was a star football player who had already graduated from college. He was friends with Brian Calamari, the professor that Heather drooled over in class. Brian was engaged to be married, but it didn’t hurt anyone if Heather secretly lusted over him.
In a strange twist, one unforgettable night will change all of their lives. Heather finds herself in the middle of a situation that she doesn’t know how to get out of.
There are so many OMG moments that I had trouble deciding who I loved or didn't love! Poor Heather has no clue what to think about either one of them, she is so confused!
The only thing Heather has ever known in her life is to run. Run away from the situation and it will just go away. I wonder how many times we have all thought the same thing. In my experience, that always backfires! No matter how far you run, you can never outrun trouble! Trouble has a way of catching up to you!
I really loved the story with all of its twisted characters. I can’t wait to see how the story of Heather and Rick and Brian turns out! Characters that you love to hate; and hate to love!
I give Promise to Love 3 stars
