Jack is in the wine-making business. He is very wealthy and one of Australia's most eligible bachelors. He's not big on romance and girl friends and has a weird relationship policy.
When the two first meet it's in a karaoke bar and Jack is instantly mesmerized when he sees Laurelyn sing on stage. He pays his waitress to get info on her and "bumps" into her that night. He leaves a lasting impression on her and she wonders if she will ever see him again. Little does she know that he already knows where she's going to be later in the week. They meet again and he asks her out. Do to his weird dating quirk he gives her a false name and doesn't tell her what it is he does. He tells her his policy and she agrees seeing as she is only going to be in Australia for 3 months anyway.
There are some steamy scenes in this book but there are a lot of times I was left wanting more. Some of her wording seriously made me blush and giggle like a child! I was a little disappointed in the ending since it sort of just stopped. I know there is a second book, but I felt like there was no closure. There were some times where the story was a little predictable but HELLO, it's fiction! Overall I enjoyed this book.
I give this book 3 out of 5 stars!
