Review
I liked this book but didn't love it. It was well written and had great character development.
Bad Romeo, hmm, this book was getting a lot of hype so I had to read it and see what all the talk was about. It was good, I liked it. I just don't understand why or what anyone would see in this guy. Okay, I get that he is hot, but there has to be more to someone than a pretty face. He didn't treat Cassie with respect. Cassie was a doormat, we need strong women in our novels.
This is a coming of age novel, no it's not really marketed that way but if you think about it, that is exactly what this is. Our young adult women need to know that you can't let guys treat you like this. If they do, have a backbone.
Cassie was sweet and likable. Ethan was your typical broken guy that she is determined to fix. Yet, she didn't fix him in this book and it ended in a horrible cliffhanger. I'm glad that Broken Juliet is already out and available for purchase. If I had to wait the five months that it took for the next novel to be released, it would have affected my review more.
Like I said good book, well written, and great character development.
I give Bad Romeo 4 stars.
